2011 Stearns Alumni Summer Event
You�re invited to attend our 1st Annual Stearns Alumni Summer Event this July! Come out to Camp Stearns, we will have our own lodge and campsite. This will be a family friendly event, so bring them or any other guest you would like! (you must have worked on Summer Camp Staff or be a guest of someone who did, to attend)

When: Friday July 29th at 7pm � Noon on Sunday July 31st.
Where:
Whitney Lodge (lodge has been
changed). The lodge is for gathering purposes only, you should plan to sleep in a tent, camp has tents for rent for $5. If you can�t sleep in a tent please contact us.
Food Plan: Food
Plan Canceled, do to little interest. Please bring your own food and money
for food in town.
Activities: We will be running some program areas such as the bouldering wall, geocaching, & of course a bonfire! We may be able to run the ranges, climbing tower, beach, & high ropes course (depending if we have someone qualified to run them).
Disc Golf Tournament: We will have a Disc Golf tournament, of which the winner will win a set of Stearns Alumni License Plate Frames. A $20 Value!
Service Project: The Northern Star Council is generous enough to let us use Camp Stearns free of charge for our events. So as a thank you, we will provide about an hour of service to camp. No special clothing or anything will be needed for this; it will be a simple project that we can benefit camp with.
Elections: The Alumni association needs more involvement from more alumni, make a difference and volunteer! Were currently meeting about once every three months, and are flexible in our meetings throughout the year, we welcome anyone who wants to volunteer their time. Elections will be held at this event.
