Stearns Cub Camp Stearns Scout Camp is currently host to Heritage Cub Resident Camp, and Whitewater Webelos Resident Camp. Stearns Scout Camp has a rich history of Cub Scout Camping, in 1975 the former Viking Council started the very first Webelos Resident Camp ever. As a result of Stearns Webelos Camps Success, the trend of Cub Resident camping grew nationwide. Today the Northern Star Council has built upon the success of Stearns Webelos Camp to produce Stearns Cub Camp. Scouts that visit camp enjoy a complete program which includes: aquatic activities, ranges, nature centers/trails, teamwork building, geology, climbing, frisbee golf, crafts, and other numerous activities.
